Me and a few (pushy) colleagues will be running a half marathon around Central London on 24th March. How I've been convinced to do it I do not know, but it will certainly be more than worth it when we all finish!

Please donate as much as you can for St Johns Hospice and the thought of me running 13 miles! They look after patients and families from Central and North West London and surrounding areas. The Hospice provides numerous services to patients including the Inpatient Unit which is a 18 bed ward where thier team of qualified medical personnel provide 24 hour dedicated care to patients. In order to continue to run and help others, they are heavily dependent on donations!
