As a life long fan of BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, I have been given the wonderful opportunity to take part in 'Coventry Does Strictly 2019' on 10/11th May. In just 8 weeks I will be learn to Waltz, Jive and take part in a group number, with a little help from the professionals!

The event is run by Dancing Feet who have linked with Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.  Mental health problems are common, experienced by up to one in four of us. Problems are often hidden and stigma is still widespread, particularly amongst men. Please support me as all proceeds raised will go towards local mental health projects. 

This a cause close to my heart and remember, "It's ok, not to be ok!"
