Recently the Mace Foundation launched Mace's Blue Light Appeal where they pledged to raise £200k for Mind's Blue Light Programme.

To help reach this target, I and four friends from Barnett Copthall Swimming Club are taking on a mammoth swimming challenge. On 16th July, between us, every 90 seconds, we will be swimming 100m and we will be doing this 100 times - that's 10k in 2.5hours!
