Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

I'm taking part in Trailwalker UK. It's a 100-kilometre hike from Petersfield to Brighton, along the South Downs Way, for team of four - with only 30 hours to do it! If we walk at a normal speed of three miles an hour, it will take 24 hours, so allowing time for eating and foir blister care there won't be any time for sleep!

As well as walking, we'll also have to train beforehand (I'll be running the St Albans half-marathon in June) - many people think it's "only walking", but it;s actually two and a half marathons, plus an ascent equivalent to that of Ben Nevis! Last year, only 80 per cent of all people who started the course finished it.

If all that wasn't enough of a challenge - we're fundraising too!

All the money goes to support the work of Oxfam and the Gurka Welfare Trust. We've pledged to raise £1500.

Please can you help us by sponsoring our team?

Thank you for your support.
