We are Rochdale AFC Community Trust, an official charity set up by Rochdale AFC to carry out community work and charitable projects across the borough of Rochdale. We share the vision of making Rochdale one of the best places in the world to live, work and play a place where ALL voices are heard. We are passionate about getting people of all ages and backgrounds to be more active and to educate them how to look after their bodies and minds so that positive behaviour changes can be sustained. We are committed to providing extra support and specific interventions for those who are struggling and need extra help.
