Just six months ago we lost a wonderful friend, Conor. 

He inspired me to make the most of every day, to be "the master of my fate, the captain of my soul."

I'm currently captaining my soul towards a distinctly uncomfortable 21km run in Leeds. I'll be running in celebration of having known him.
