Hello,

Last October we thought it would be a good idea to do a triathlon - so we booked one for August 2009 - suddenly it is now only a few weeks away and we are both not so sure it was actually a good idea!!

However - were doing it, and would like all your help with any donations you could possibly afford. I know things are tough at the moment so even if it is just a pound we would be extremely grateful.

 

We are raising money for Cancer Research UK.

Swim - 800m

Cycle - 20km

Run - 5km
