We are a group of five Geriatricians (doctors specialising in the care of older people) from the UK and Germany who are training to run the London Marathon in support of Age UK in October 2022. We know how crucial the work of Age UK is for the health and wellbeing of older people, and this has never been more important than following the many impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
