Story
From Adam:
Please help me do this for her again.
My run in the 2015 Brighton Marathon will be in loving memory of Gillian Tanner and in support of Cancer Research UK. Gillian sadly lost her battle with cancer in January 2012 - she was an extremely close family friend and was a huge part of our lives. She always went out of her way to help us out, whether she was comfortable or not. I will train from now until the event and do what I can in order to help Cancer Research UK as much as I can to gather the funds to make further progress with their goals.
Last year I managed to raise just over £1000 and it would mean so much to me to be able to do that again. Thank you in advance for your support x
From Lee:
I am also the same as Adam because I am running for Cancer Research in memory of Gillian Tanner. Also along the way we have lost a lot of family and friends to cancer and we want this to stop as soon as possible. We do not want everyone going through the pain as we have
This will be my third marathon for Cancer Research and the training has already started. We will be running all through the winter in all weather conditions.
Thank you for all your support over the years and we would love to raise as much as we can this year to speed up the process.
Thank you x
