Story
This year I have chosen to run for Cardiomyopathy UK.
They are the charity for everybody affected by heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy), and one that I have been aware of for quite some time now. 16 years ago, one of my closest friends lost a family member through this. And now I am running I thought it would be great to raise awareness and some money for Cardiomyopathy UK.I have been lucky enough to get into the Paris Marathon through a ballot, I won a place in the London marathon in a competition on Twitter!
And now i have signed up to the Milton Keynes Marathon on Monday 4th May! This will make it 3 marathons in 3 weeks!!
I have also chosen to put myself through the crazy event that is "Race to the stones" 100km Ultra Marathon in July!
