My friend Ben is putting himself through a gruelling 10 events this year to support haven house. To show all our support to him and the charity, which we've all learnt so much about over the last year, a group of us have decided to do the last event with him as it's such a worthwhile cause. 

I don't expect your entire months pay but a few pounds or whatever you can spare will go a long way to supporting Haven House who support children with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses and their families. 

I'm currently training each week to ensure I'm ready for this event in October. God help me!
