Story
At the age of 5 Adam was diagnosed with a brain tumour. He was transferred from hospital in Middlesbrough to Newcastle General. After having the tumour removed and chemotherapy and radiotherapy Adam was left with a lot of health issues, his world was turned upside down. CLIC did so much for Adam and our whole family that we have decided to have this site to thank them. Adam was given the all clear from cancer a few years ago. Sadly he passed away on 6th February 2016 from a seizure. Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. A fund has been set up called the Adam Illingworth Fund to support CLIC Sargent.
