Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running the BUPA Manchester 10Km (www.greatrun.org/events/event.asp?id=17) on 20th May and hoping to raise £350 for the Manchester Children's Hospital.

How long have I been training? Since February

How fast do I run 10km? Aiming for sub 50 minutes (i'm a fat runner)
