On September the 13th 2009 the Parachute Regiment will be hosting the Para 10 P Company Challenge.

10 mile multi terrain endurance run wearing military style boots and carrying a 35lb bergan.

I dont know why but Ive volunteered myself to do it :O)

Well I do know why. Having left the army almost 10 years ago before the recent conflicts I can only just begin to imagine what the brave lads and lassies of todays armed forces have to go through year after year. It gives me nothing but pleasure (and pain) to help raise money to make the life of the wounded and their families that little bit easier.
