I am undertaking the Snowhole Challenge, a three day expedition in the highest, wildest, sub-arctic plateau in Britain, the Cairngorm mountains. The expedition will be an icy cold trek in the high mountains, traversing wintry conditions and carving out a luxury snowhole to be my accommodation for a two night stay. A freezing challenge awaits, a battle against the elements and all for a fantastic charity and to support the incredible work that they do in Bradford.

Very often the support we provide keeps people who are struggling out of hospital, helping them instead to achieve wellbeing and create a fulfilling, happy life.
