Brighton Marathon 2014 · 6 April 2014 ·

We provide children's hospice care to children and families across Sussex

Story

Hi, thanks for visiting my JustGiving page!

So, after years & years of talking about it, including planning on running previous years I have finally got myself a place on The Brighton Marathon 2014 & I am actually going to run it!

I have decided that I will be running for an amazing local charity, The Chestnut Tree House who do some great work in Sussex.

I have worked with this charity on an event before & they are a fantastic bunch of people doing such great & important work for life limited children & supporting their families at such a difficult time.

Any sponsorship you can give will be used wisely & greatly appreciated. I really am going to struggle & hurt running 26.2 miles on Sunday 6th April so please give what you can & I promise to cross the finish line even if that means dragging myself across.

You can donate via this webpage or via text, just text ABTN77 £1 (£2, £3, £5 or £10) to 70070

For less than the price of a pint you can really help make a difference & get a nice warm glow of satisfaction that you've helped.

I also write a fitness blog on www.fitness-fan.co.uk where I  post running articles about my prep for the big day. You can follow my progress on the day on the Brighton Marathon app (I'm race number 537) or you can follow me on Twitter - @brighton_rock

Thankyou!
