Story

I'm really excited to say I'll be taking on the challenge of running the 2021 London Marathon in support of the University of Bristol's Healthy Minds programme.

Considering the year we’ve all had, now more than ever I think it’s really important for people to get involved in physical activities as a way of improving physical and mental health.

Whilst at University I found that running was a great way to relieve some of the stresses of academic life.

Healthy Minds is a mental health support initiative that utilizes the proven benefits of exercise to help students encountering mental health difficulties improve their wellbeing. This includes one-on-one mentoring, encouraging participation in team sports and encouraging students to attend fitness classes.

Your donation will help open up the programme to even more students.

Thank you!
