Fundraising for NHS Charities Together
£290
raised of £500 target
Event: Adam Bolton LUMFC miles, on 9 April 2020
NHS Charities Together and its members across the UK are hugely grateful for the support received from so many since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Story

We are Lancaster University Men's Football Club (LUMFC). In light of recent events surrounding the Corona Virus and effects it is having globally, LUMFC have decided to do their bit in helping the effort against the pandemic. As we all know, the work of the NHS is critical in combatting the virus. Therefore, to further aid them as a small thank you for their efforts, we as a club will be donating the accumulated funds of this seasons fines pot to the NHS. Currently totalling £220, the boys at LUMFC are hoping to add to this fund by taking part in a running programme in which they aim to run 500 miles as a collective group. We hope everyone can get behind us and support this attempt to raise as much as possible for the National Health Service. Any donations are appreciated by us all. Please stay safe and, besides exercise and essential shopping, stay indoors! Many thanks, LUMFC
