I'm doing a 10K run through Radnage (my village) in an event called the Ragged Radnage Run. It's not something I would do normally, so it's been quite a challenge getting fit for it! As it is Movember, I'll also be growing (or trying to grow) some form of bum-fluff moustache between now and the event so I'll make sure there are plenty of pictures up on Facebook for you to all laugh at me. It's also the reason for the choice of charity.
