Fundraising for Meningitis Research Foundation
Story
HI Folks,
so i've got about 4 half marathons under my belt and the natural next step was to step up to a full marathon - belly permitting. I also felt this time it would be good to run for a charity and raise some cash for a well deserved group.
Having had a few friends impacted by meningitis and having a small scare myself as a child i thought that the meningitis research group seemed close to my heart and others .
I will be using my justgiving site to post updates on how my training is going and will also have a facebook group so that you can see pictures and leave me "supportive" comments before the race. :)
Hoping to raise over £500 but any small amount you can pledge will go a long way.
Race is 23rd May 2010 - wish me luck!
