I am running the Brighton Colour Run on September 14th in aid of Stand Up to Cancer.

I will be running alongside Zoe, and our lovely friends Ben and Beth. As many of you know, Zoe's mum has been living with cancer for some time now. Eirene, I will be thinking of you as I run the 5k course  being pelted with paint, and if you could see me and Zo I know you would laugh your socks off, with that same good humour you manage to keep within you despite everything. You're amazing:-)
