Story

Hello all!

This is a fantastic charity doing a lot of good work for people who need it, and I'm proud to be raising money for them. Please donate whatever you can and make sure you tick the Gift Aid box!

I'm sure a lot of you will laugh at the thought of me having a go at this, but the training has begun, and the alcohol intake has dropped a fair amount :-) ! That's surely enough reason to donate! Haha!

There's a group of 10 of us doing this, and what we have to do is the following:

We take on the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24hours. The trek covers 40kms and involves 2,984m of ascent and descent.

We will climb Ben Nevis, the largest mountain in the UK, standing at 1,344m, then Scafell Pike; the highest mountain in England standing at 978m, then the highest mountain in Wales; Snowdon, standing at 1,085m.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks in advance to everyone who has chipped in!
