Hello everyone.

As many of you know my dad was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago (he has the all clear now though!!!!), after he went through surgery to remove the cancer, the psychological battle began and that’s where the Maggie’s centres come in. Maggie’s provides support for people who are affected by cancer, whether you have cancer or someone close to you is suffering, it’s a place that you can go where that will cheer you up when you really need it.

On the 5 of May I am taking part in the Maggie’s monster bike and hike. It’s an event which takes place along the great glen way, from Fort William to Inverness. On the day I will start by cycling 30 miles to Fort Augustus and then hiking a further 42 miles to Inverness, it will take around 18-22 hours to complete and in exchange for doing this I would be very grateful if you would please give a donation so that Maggies can continue helping people in need.
