2012/09/23 Through cold, rain and pain but I made it through another long run today:) 7 says to a big day!!

As you may know I'm a keen runner. However a decision to take part in Ealing Half Marathon was a last minute one! I've been training only for 4 days now (04.09.2012) but I'll try to do my best not to disappoint anyone who supports this great cause:)
