Hi Guys,

Thanks for taking the time to view my page, please dig deep and give as much money as you can to help me support a great charity called Hospitality Action, who provide help and support for people in our Industry.

Beneficiaries are people with life altering illnesses such as Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis, People experiencing poverty, bereavement or domestic violence, family with sick or disabled children. They offer grants to people who need it most for essentials such as food, clothing, utility bills etc. Nothing too fancy just everyday needs as well as offering moral support.  

Myself and a team of 3 others will be attempting to cycle 110 miles around the Cotswolds on September the 12th, 2011.  I for one have only ever cycled 60 miles in one go, so this is going to be a real challenge, but compared to the struggles the beneficiaries of this great charity face on a  daily basis, I should stop being such a pansy and dig deep and complete the ride!
