Dear Family and Friends

I am sorry that i haven 't posted an updated, but the vents of the last few months have been so traumatic it has been hard for me to even compute the gravity of the situation 

Since the events of October 2023 the Trek was cancelled and it looks like it probably will not happen at least for a long long time now

I dont really want to get into all of why it happened etc but the situation in Palestine, the West bank is very awful let alone the horrendous and apocalyptic situation in Gaza

please rest assured all monies donated for the sponsorship has been used by MAP to provide life saving and much needed Medical Aid to the people of Gaza.in these most desperate and horrific times

Hi I'm Adam

This is the first fund raising challenge of this nature I have undertaken in my life time  and I am super excited to raise money and awareness for a charity I have supported since i was a teenager

I first signed up to do this 90 Km trek challenge across Palestine in 2020 but due to the pandemic it was postponed to April this year.  Now it has been postponed again until November due to security concerns amid the rising volatility.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation in the West Bank, Gaza and the refugee camps in Lebanon.

All peoples deserve a basic medical service, supplies and medicines and MAP are an amazing organization which have been delivering Medical Aid to Palestinians since the 80's - they do a superb job and I fully support them. Some of the work they do for women and children's health can be seen here:

I also have many fantastic Palestinians friends who live there and across the globe. They are some of the most grateful, wonderful and inspiring people I have had the chance to meet, so doing this for them is an honour and a privilege!
