Until about two weeks ago, the furthest I had run in one go was 3 miles.  Doing this run seemed like a good idea after a couple of Rekorderligs.  If I'm going to put myself through 13 miles of hell the least you can do it give a few quid to a great cause.  Every penny is gratefully received.
