Me & my good friend Dean Ray will be running the great south run in memory of 2 very special people who we love & remember dearly...my dad Ian Millar who we lost not so long ago to cancer & our old pal  Julian dent who we also lost this year....please if u can donate to the earl Mountbatten hospice however much u can afford..very much appreciated..
