Hi, Ready, set, go..ish. I am at one with peak fitness and with my legs and mind working in perfect harmony I'm going to push out a 16 mile run for bowel cancer. I'll be running from East Midlands Airport to Nottingham Castle. The first 50 metres I'll be a lightning blur of speed so watch out Easyjet and then I'll be plodding and aching the rest of the way... and I have just 6 weeks to train!
