Hello!

I'm running the Brum Half Marathon again this year and aiming to smash last years world record time of 2:40 something, well least I finished!!

Last year I disappointed many by not raising any money for charity, so this year i'm aiming to put it right!! I've chosen Cancer Research UK as my charity; in the hope that any money I raise will help them with their work.

As many of you know my family, like many others has been devasted by the effects of cancer- losing our heroes too young.

So this run is for you Dad, and for those other heroes who have been lost but not forgotten!
