Story

YO!

Firstly, thanks for taking the time to check out my page...

As you may or may not be aware, i'm running the London Marathon on 17th April this year. For those of you that know me well enough, you'll know how much I'm giving up and calming down over the coming months to reach my target of 4 hours (i'm putting it out there).

The charity i'm running for is St Francis Hospice. They care for people with life limiting ilnesses, providing support to both them and their families allowing them where possible to remain in their homes while still receiving treatment.

I know this may be slightly out of character for me, and we don't all have bundles of cash to give away, and many of you I may not have seen since before I went away...but if you can spare anything from a penny to a pound, score, salmon or even more it would really be going towards a good cause. St Francis rely entirely on donations to help more than 3,000 people each year.

That being said you can also contribute to the reason i'll be going through severe agony (blood, sweat and tears are a given). Anyone who would like to come into the city on the date to cheer me on (or more than likely gather in the pub) is more than welcome - It should be a great day out.

Anyway, thanks for your time and your generosity. I promise I'll be slogging my guts out to meet my side of the bargain.

Peace and love,
