Story
Hello friends,
This spring I am taking part in two races - one is a 20 mile jaunt around Milton Keynes in March (on my 37th birthday) and the second is the Manchester Marathon in April.
In an era of affordable automobiles and efficient trains, running long distances is unnecessary and a bit stupid. I would therefore like to make this endeavour slightly less pointless by raising money for a very good cause - CLIC Sargent which provides support to children and families affected by cancer. This charity was chosen to commemorate a family friend, Maureen Sofer, who died last year.
Any support is greatly appreciated.
Happy New Year
Adam
