In December last year we sadly lost my fantastic Dad, Ray Howarth to Alzheimer's. He was my best friend and my hero and it was a devastating time for the whole family. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that affects so many lives and I want to do something to help fund research that will hopefully result in better treatment options and maybe one day even a cure. Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
