Right Ladies and Gents. I've decidied to abseil 10 floors down St. Mary's Hospital on the 20th September. As I'm sure many of you have either wished to push me or watch me jump off of a building, here you are getting a chance to see me fall 10 floors (admittedly with a rope attached).

On a serious note this charity does a lot to raise money for research and equipment that otherwise the hospital wouldn't be able to afford. Please dig deep whether it is 50p or £50 every little helps.

Plus if its any encouragement I'm aiming to do it in fancy dress.
