Hey Legends. Many of you know I am a Cofounder of Equal Playing Field, Chairman of EPF PNG and founding CEO of EPF Australia. When Jacqui and I first spoke about our ideas to change the world I was 20kg heavier and wouldn't have been able to run 1km especially not up a hill. 

Since then we have literally changed the lives of 10's of thousands of Papua New Guinean kids and helped make schools and communities safer for all. Our current work is changing the face of the PNG education system, working to bring child protection standards into teacher training and the schooling system. At the same time we are working with post-conflict populations to create self-sustaining micro-businesses to elevate communities from poverty. I can also run up a decent hill as well.

Our amazing organisation and our stellar team have faced defeat and hardship at every step and never given up. We have run out of money, closed offices, said goodbye to friends and colleagues but never taken our eyes of the vision of 'A world where all have an equal opportunity to thrive'. I have done my best to transform myself to be someone who can do what once seemed impossible. This is what we often ask of communities.
