As many of you will know I'm not much of a runner but this year I am running the 2018 Great North Run in aid of a brilliant north east-based charity called Heel and Toe. They have been a great help to my Brother Shaun and sister-in-law Gemma by providing a variety of therapies to my little niece Lia, as well as many other children across the north east.
