Mental Heath is a big thing in my life and I have had great support from people like Mind.

Being as I'm known for being a bit different, I will be changing my hair colour to blue in support of Mind.

So this Sunday 25th, I'm putting my hair into the hands of my trusty local hairdresser who I've built a great rapport with and will be sure to take as many photos as possible to memorise the experience and for you all to see.
