I am taking part in several events this year with this being the fourth (second in lockdown) of many in memory of my amazing and beautiful wife Jenna in aid of Brainstrust who help so many suffering and their families through the horrific news and realisation of Brain Cancer.

Now more than ever, people with a brain tumour are feeling lost and alone. I will be doing the Run, Row, Ride LOCKDOWN EDITION a little differently and on June 30th I will be Rowing 30 miles, then cycling 30 miles and finishing with a 30 mile run (all in all 90 miles) in a 24 hour full day.

Please give all you can and help this awesome charity.
