Story

This one is for you Pops - although some might say it is just an excuse to get into some neoprene and Lycra, it’s been 8 months of training (huge thanks to my very understanding family).

If you can help me raise money for the National Brain appeals work for Rare Dementia Support (specialist support services for individuals living with, or affected by, a rare dementia diagnosis) I would be very grateful.

Race day schedule

  • 1.2 Mile Open Water Swim
  • 56 Mile Bike
  • 13.1 Mile Run
