As anyone who knows me will know I sit behind a desk all day but I have been motivated to dust of my running shoes and buy some running gear (it would appear over the years mine has shrunk)!  This is all in aid of a very good cause.

Teenage Cancer Trust aims to ensure that every young person with cancer and their family receive the best possible care and professional support throughout their cancer journey.  They know how damaging it is to take a young person away from their everyday life, their friends, their environment, their family – and put them in a cancer ward with small children or older people.  Teenage Cancer Trust units aren’t like ordinary cancer wards. Everything about them has been designed to give teenagers the very best chance of a positive outcome.

There are so many good causes you can donate you hard earned money to, but if you are able to make sponsorship (however small) that would be very much appreciated.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
