Many months ago I thought it would be a great idea to do the Morrisons Newham 10k Run that ends running around the Olympic Stadium....now not so sure it was a great idea.

They ask you to donate to one of five charities and when I saw one was the Alzheimer's Society I thought that was perfect as you might know that my best mate, my hero, my daddy was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

I would be so delighted if any of you could afford £1 or £2 for this worthwhile charity.

If all my friends donate £1...correct I would raise 50p ha ha
No if I was with you in the pub...would you buy me a drink? Well if yes why don't you donate the cost of that drink.
