In the middle of March next year I, as part of an intrepid team of students from the University of St Andrews, will be caneoing from Fort William to Inverness (65 miles!) in just over 3 days. It's gonna be tough and it's gonna be hard work, so please dig deep.

The cause: For The Love Of A Child do great work for needy children both at home and across the globe. Based in Cupar, which is really close to St Andrews, the trip is a great way to support a local charity.
