Once again i have set myself a new challenge which will push me both mentally and physically. On August 26th 2023 i will be taking on the Snowdon at Night Trek for Bowel Cancer UK trekking up Snowdon with the goal to reach the summit just as the sunrises.

I will taking on this trek in memory of my Dad who we sadly lost in 2016  to this terrible disease and hoping to raise money in memory of my dad and for this amazing charity.

I want to do this to give a little bit back to support those people affected by this disease and to those trying to find a cure....Your support would be amazing and anything you can spare would be gratefully appreciated. Every penny raised would make a difference.
