In January 2020 my dad was diagnosed with a heart condition called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. 

Cardiomyopathy UK, is a charity that supports people with a range of heart conditions and their families. This charity and the community have been an incredible source of support to my dad. With the pandemic on us, he hasn't been able to progress his diagnosis with the NHS.

Charities throughout the world are finding these times very tough and I hope that my small gesture has some tiny impact.
