Adam and I are raising money to help those that face poor housing and homelessness in the UK. Shelter responded to 4 million requests for help last year, and we hope that you will help in ensuring they can continue their great work for those that are less fortunate.

We will be racing up approx 1,000 stairs in one of London's skyscrapers amongst hundreds of other participants. It is going to be a massive challenge for us due to our (severe) lack of cardio exercise!

We will also be having a personal bit of rivalry between us - so expect to see sibling sabotage and treachery! Only one of us can be crowned champion, so it is every twin for themselves. That is providing we can make it to the top.
