I'm training hard and returning from long-distance running retirement to raise money for a Guildford based charity- RASASC. I'll be running The Big Half (half marathon) with my sister Eleanor, on Sunday 4th September 2022.

ABOUT RASASC

RASASC Guildford are an inclusive charity that supports survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience. Our vision is to create a society where everyone over the age of 13, irrespective of gender, has the right to be free from all forms of sexual abuse. Survivors of sexual abuse are believed, empowered and supported on their journey to recovery.

• We support survivors of all genders over the age of 13 from across Surrey, who have been raped, sexually abused or have had an unwanted sexual experience.
• We have been supporting survivors of rape and sexual abuse since 1992, 2022 is our 30^th year
• We do this through our counselling and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) services, plus a national helpline that operates four days a week (Mon – Thurs).
