As a group of 9 friends we have decided to spend September travelling the length of Afghanistan. We will cover a combined distance of 560 miles over the next 30 days. This will be achieved through walking/running/cycling and swimming. We hope to raise money in order to support some of the vast number of people who have been displaced due to conflict in the country. Thank you for supporting this cause XXX
