I’m going big this time. Ironman is 2.4 miles of swimming, 116 miles bike ride, and 26.2 miles run back to back  I’ve NEVER done a triathlon before, but fear, anxiety, and the unknown is something our patients experience every day. Derby and Burton Hospitals’ Charity provides comfort and support for our patients - as a clinician, I am thankful for the support this charity provides to patients who face a range of difficulties so it seems natural to help in any way I can.
