Mental health & well-being is a key focus for the team at Acorn, it is an issue for so many people, our colleagues friends and family. 

We are delighted that Mind is our chosen charity and we are able to support Acorn's commitment to raising £30k in our 30^th year.

The 10k Tough Mudder course will no doubt be a challenge, and of course the October Manchester weather will add some extra toughness and muddiness!
