Story
ACInns is fundraising for local charity West Norfolk Mind throughout 2017, to help raise awareness and show support towards people who suffer from mental health issues.
After the first successful 17 mile charity walk on the Norfolk Coastal Path, we at The White Horse in Brancaster Staithe have organised our second walking event on 5th December 2017.
What we will do
As we all work at different sites, our Christmas Charity Walk is another great opportunity to get to know each other, make friends, share experiences and raise money for our chosen charity.
The walk starts at the war memorial in Hunstanton at 10am and finishes at the White Horse, Brancaster Staithe at approximately 2.30pm.
We will have charity buckets to collect any spare change en-route and collection tins are available at most of our establishments. Online donations are welcome and much appreciated too.
You can lend your hands (and feet!) and join us to stand up together and support this LOCAL charity. It will be a fun walk, so wear Christmas themed fun hats. No registration needed!
What Mind does
West Norfolk Mind, an independent local charity, promotes positive mental health and provides a variety of resources for people who struggle, such as support services, talking therapy and crisis care for people whose mental health is in need of help. Their counsellors give support and advice or simply just listen and help people through the tough times.
